What’s the most birthdays you’d ever consider combining into one party? The topic came up for us this weekend. We were planning our traditional birthday party for our first three kids when someone mentioned that I have a niece and nephew who also have birthdays around the same time. Since we’ll all be together this year, we could easily add two more kids to the celebration. We quickly abandoned the idea. While a triple birthday party is perfectly acceptable, a quintuple birthday party is beyond the limits of good taste and reason. If we didn’t set a hard limit, pretty soon we’d have to buy individual cakes for half of our extended family. What’s the most people you’d ever consider combining into one birthday party? Sound off in the comments.
