It was the scariest sight I’ve ever seen. I stood there in the doorway, returning home to my wonderful house and my loving family, and from across the room my wife’s furious eyes stared back. It was a level of pure fury I had never seen in our eleven years of marriage because, if I had seen it before, we would be divorced or I would be dead.
