The premise of this webcomic is unrealistic. We would instantly know if the Wi-Fi went down by the wails of despair emanating from all parts of the house. Only Lola and I are immune. Our phones are connected to the outside world through cell phone towers, sparing us total isolation. Not that it would do us any good. If the kids are disconnected from the internet, no one is safe. It's a small step from boredom to anarchy. Recently, the internet went out for a few brief moments. We barely survived. That was the inspiration for today's webcomic.
